Dawn Kline is the owner and operator of Much Ado About Cake. After considering a career in the culinary arts, Dawn pursued a more traditional education, earning a Bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Rochester and a Master’s degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo. She worked for several years in higher education administration during which she advised students and slowly returned to the idea of a career in food. After several classes and countless cakes for family and friends, she began the foray into baking and decorating cakes professionally. She believes quality, creativity, and originality should be the hallmark of any dessert and provides each client—and each order—with individual attention to ensure that happens.
